I’m located in Copenhagen, Denmark and I ship worldwide with the exception of UK, Germany, Russia and Ukraine.
Due to the new packaging laws in Germany, I’ve stopped shipping and sales there.
Hopefully I can show up at some conventions with my Art Stand in the future.
Digital Downloads will be sent to your email after payment has processed! You don’t get a physical item from a digital product.
My usual order processing time may be anywhere between 3-10 business days.
I will make clear announcements if I am unable to ship within the timer due to being on vacation or attending Artist Alleys.
Due to changes with the postal service,
especially with PostNord.
Do allow for the item to take up to 1-2 months shipping time.
- The letter will not be tracked.
- Expected delivery: 4-12 days
- We are not responsible for any lost letter with this method of shipment.
- We will ensure to pack the product responsibly and carefully.
Shipping Methods for EU/US/Worldwide:
Shipping prices and methods are different for each country, please check the shipping price by adding products to your cart and changing the country to yours.
I will not be collecting or remitting VAT; it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. Depending on where you are, package delays (additional 2 weeks) and additional processing fees may apply. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying.
Please understand that import taxes are NOT the responsibility of grethe_Bs Comics & Illustrations; import taxes are also not included in the item price or shipping cost. Additional taxes/charges/fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid to your country to claim your package.
We currently only ship to US with normal letters that weigh under 200g. The letters are untracked, and we do not take responsibility for lost mail. Estimated delivery time is 15-30 days.
Duties & Taxes may be collected at delivery, this must be paid by the customer. We do not take responsibility for any taxes and customs to be paid when your package is in your country.
Countries I am not shipping to:
- I will not ship to Germany due to their packaging act and Lucid system.
- I will not ship to the UK due to their Brexit regulations.
- I will not ship to Russia or Ukraine due to the current circumstances.
Due to the low sales value of the products, we do not offer tracking.
If you have other items in the same order as a preorder item, the entire order will not be shipped until the preorder is in hand. Please see individual preorder listings for their approximate in-hand date.
If you have placed two or more orders and would like them to be combined into a single order, please send an e-mail to email@example.com as soon as possible. Please note that if a shipping confirmation email has already been sent, it is impossible to combine them.
Customers are fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order. We will not be able to refund any shipping & handling fees if you deny the package due to customs fees or have provided the wrong shipping adress.
If you would prefer to pay the VAT at the point of sale and your items shipped with IOSS to avoid paying additional customs duries, you are most welcome to purchase wares from my Etsy shop
Please note that I cannot sell much fan merch on Etsy in comparison and it is more of a digital store rather than physical.
I am also by law required to declare the purchase price of the item(s) on the delivery documents.
My package hasn‘t arrived
Once I hand something over to PostNord for shipping, it’s completely out of my hands, especially after it’s been marked as “Delivered”. Your local post office will be most qualified to help you locate your package. Sometimes check with neighbours or wait a few extra days.
We cannot replace or refund lost untracked orders.
We both cannot see the progress of the order delivered.
Order damaged in transit
or incorrect upon arrival
In cases of an order that has been damaged in transit, or if your order contained incorrect items, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery.
Please include your full name, order number, and photos of the incorrect or damaged goods. Sometimes there are easy fixes for minor things.
Due to some limited quantity items, unfortunately we cannot offer replacements or refunds 15 days after delivery.
Return orders to sender
If your order is returned to sender due to an error that is not mine (for example: shipping address provided is inaccurate, order was not picked up at post office, package was refused, unpaid customs etc.) you may elect to either have your order reshipped if an alternative address is provided and a re-shipment fee is paid, OR you may elect for a refund of the item minus the shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Please note that the re-shipment fee will be the original cost of shipping.
We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this!
Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at PostNord/GLS.
We also cannot control shipping times. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
