About Me
About the artist
Grethe is a Norwegian comic & freelance Digital illustrator artist now residing in Copenhagen with her boyfriend and two cats.
She’s had a big interest in the creative field from a young age and decided to pursue illustration work as a independent freelancer in 2015 after several years of being a part of the cosplay community as a event organizer and cosplayer herself.
Mostly she works in a cartoony style, but will occasionally attempt to get better at other styles and techniques within range.
She enjoys to work mostly digitally, but also enjoys traditional art as well.
Commissioned work has mostly been to make caricatures of people, critters or just illustration pieces in general.
She also have done illustration work for youtubers and Twitch streamers and hope to get more into children’s and picture books as a next step.
So far she attends events with her Art-Stand where she sells fanmerch and original designed items to sustain her current work type aside from art commissions.
Creative, forward driven, loves planning and finding solutions to tasks given.
As someone who has Dyslexia and Dyscalculia(word-and number blindness), it doesn’t stop the artist from doing the best she can.
Other hobbies she has:
– Cosplay
– Videogames

The goal is to get better at working in certain creative softwares and see how it can push ideas further and reach a form of independency.
A big part of the goal is to make a client feel welcome during the projects and include them well in the process!
